The last year released iPhone 3G has surpassed iPod touch and the old iPhone for its recreational functions. It supports H.264 video format and has a larger memory, which is more than enough to store multiple videos. With the larger memory of iPhone 3G, we are now enabled to put a lot more videos on iPhone. But how to enjoy videos on iphone? Now I will share a easy and convenient method about how to convert videos to iphone / iphone 3G with iPhone Video Converter.
Before the guide, let's take a look at the video/audio formats iPhone 3G supports:
Video formats supported: H.264 video, up to 1.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Low-Complexity version of the H.264 Baseline Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats;
H.264 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Baseline Profile up to Level 3.0 with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats;
MPEG-4 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats
Audio formats supported: AAC, Protected AAC, MP3, MP3 VBR, Audible (formats 2, 3, and 4), Apple Lossless, AIFF, and WAV
Step 0. Run 4Videosoft iPhone Video Converter.



Step 1. Click the "Add Video" button to import the video files you are going to convert. Alternatively, you can click "File -> Add Files..." to load the video files.



Step 2. Extend the "Profile" category to select an output format.
Tip 1. If you want to customize the output video, you can click “Settings” button to set the. There are “Video Settings " and "Audio Settings " which you can set Encoder, Resolution, Frame rate, Video bit rate, Channels, Sample rate.
Step 3. Specify the output folder.
Click the "Browse" button on the main interface, you can specify the folder for the output file.
Tip2. To combine several video files into one file, click “Merge into one file”, then the selected videos will be merged into one file after the conversion.
Step 4. After all the steps above, click the "START" button to start the conversion.
